This class will arm you with the information you can use for any injury or medical situation.  It includes adult, child, and infant resuscitation.  Receive the Heart Saver and Pediatric BLS participation card. Please notify us if you are in need of a health care provider card.  Check your health-card to see if you need to renew.

 Elder Care Coordinator 

Nursing homes, assisted livings, Medicaid, Medicare, long-term care insurance are all complicated and navigating them for yourself, or a loved one can seem daunting.  An Elder Care Coordinator will navigate the system with you and explore the best options available for you or a loved one.  The Coordinator is able to attend care meetings, doctor appointments, coordinate assistance, relay messages, and much more.  Let us explain how using an Elder Care coordinator can ease the challenges placed on yourself and your family.  We will explore some of the legal solutions involved in planning, but will mainly focus on what the Elder Care Coordinator does and how it can benefit you and your family.

Couples Swing Dance  

This popular and fun art form of dancing is a great way to get out and have some fun all the while connecting with your partner!  Over this course, we will be learning basic swing dance moves and learn a few routines that would be performance ready if you go out on the town.  Please wear comfortable clothing.  You can come on your own or bring a partner to enjoy this always popular form of partner dancing.
